Our Story

MudahBot was born out of a simple observation — businesses, no matter how big or small, often struggle with the same thing: manual work that eats up time, slows growth, and drains energy. Whether it’s updating spreadsheets, handling repetitive admin tasks, or juggling disconnected systems, we saw a pattern that kept repeating itself. And we knew there had to be a better way.

We’re engineers at heart. Dr. Jeevin has a PhD in Engineering, and Mark Selvan holds a Master’s in Engineering. We both graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), where we spent years learning how to solve complex technical problems. But after university, we realized some of the most frustrating problems out there weren’t found in labs — they were in real businesses trying to survive and grow without the right tools.

What we found was that most companies don’t need huge, expensive software. They need something lightweight. Something custom. Something that works for them. That’s where we come in.

We started by building small, practical tools — custom dashboards, automation bots, micro SaaS apps, and chatbots — for friends, small businesses, and local startups. One by one, the results spoke for themselves. Tasks that used to take hours became automatic. Errors dropped. Teams had more time to focus on real work. And the businesses became more confident in their growth.

That’s when we knew we were onto something.
